Now Hiring a Part-Time Office Manager

Primary Responsibilities


Organize and Oversee Administration Duties & Office Procedures

* Order office supplies. Keep supplies organized and on-hand.
* Coordinate patient flow – Streamline Staff and Provider Interactions.
* Organize incoming mail/correspondence, handle all shipping for outgoing correspondence
* Coordinate and organize staff and provider work schedules
* Schedule meetings as requested
* Organize and run monthly staff meeting
* Organize daily huddle meetings
* Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of Denali Medical


Assist Ownership with Special Projects, As Needed

* Provide adequate support for projects as selected by management
* Understand and fulfill requirements of specific projects timely and accurately
* Schedule meetings and maintain calendar


Demonstrate a Team Attitude and Provide Support to Other Parties

* Maintain a respectful attitude through relationships with tenants/vendors
* Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professional conduct with tenants, vendors, coworkers, and peers at related-party entities
* Maintain confidentiality of company records, plans, strategies, and employee-related matters
* Support the efforts of other employees to be successful
* Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, & Power Point
* High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
* Detail oriented
* Communication skills
* Basic- Excellent spelling, speaking, and grammar skills
* Speaking- talking to others to convey information effectively
* Active listening skills- taking the time to understand the points being made by employees and customers
* Social Perceptiveness- being aware of other’s reactions and understanding why they react as they do
* Customer Service
* Be service oriented and actively looking for ways to help
* Represent the company to all employees and customers in all communications
* Reliable- being dependable in fulfilling job obligations
* Adaptable- open to change and variety within the workplace
* Work performed in an office setting
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities
* To perform other duties as required
