Dr. Earl discusses the balance and fine line between doing what benefits your body vs too much of a good thing.

Dr. Earl also goes over what you should (and shouldn’t) be doing to help protect yourself from COVID-19 as well as what to do if you get it. A few of the topics include: zinc, Vitamin C, apple cider vinegar, diatomaceous earth, aloe vera, whey protein, and how NSAIDs like ibuprofen can affect your system.
